Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate Dihydrate) is an essential additive for mushroom cultivation, highly valued for its ability to improve substrate structure, regulate pH levels, and provide essential nutrients (calcium and sulfur) for robust mycelial growth.

Standard Dosage: Add gypsum at roughly 2.5% of the dry weight of your bulk substrate (or about 1 to 2 tablespoons per gallon of substrate).
