Psilocybe cubensis : Penis Envy #6 PE6 Spore Syringe (MS)

Description

Spores provided in sterile aqueous multi spore (MS) solution using 10cc BD Luer-Lok syringes. One 1.5in 16ga needle will be provided for each spore filled syringe.

 

Comments: A variety hybrid of the original Penis Envy and Texas Gulf Coast strains, credited to Shroomery user/mentor RogerRabbit. Bred to create an aggressively prolific variety possessing the more desirable traits of the original Penis Envy. The resulting PE#6 Strain has retained these traits and remained a very strong performer, as evidenced by the images provided by the Spore Works Austrian mushroom production facility.

 

Habitat: Bovine, Equine Dung and Enriched Soils
Climate: Subtropical

Strain Origin: Varietal Hybrid of the Penis Envy and Texas Gulf Coast Strains

 

Cap: 30-65 mm in diameter, campanulate. The unusual bell-shaped cap never fully expands even at maturity.

 

Stem: 150-275 mm in length, tan to buff with a membranous partial veil leaving a persistent membranous annulus. Nearly solid in cross-section, bluing intensely where damaged. Unlike the original Penis Envy, this strain lacks the contorted, bulbous and often curved stem.

 

Gills: Adnate, close to crowded.

 

Spores: Abundant, dark purplish brown in volume, subellipsoid on 4-spored basidia.
