Comments:\u00a0<\/b>This seems to be the more common B+ strain (Type 2) currently circulating but it is not the original B+ (Type 1, or B+ Classic). This version inadvertently replaced the original when Sporeworks merged with Shroom Depot and its origins are unclear. With earlier production and superior printing over the original B+ Classic (Type 1) its not surprising that it has replaced the original without notice.<\/p>\n

Description:\u00a0<\/b>Brown caps that flatten and fade with age, yellow thin hollow stems, membranous annulus that separates well from the cap and persists neatly on the stem. Good spore production.<\/p>\n

Spores:<\/b>\u00a0Dark purplish brown, subellipsoid, 13 by 8 micrometers on 4-spored basidia<\/p>\n

This assures that it will perform consistently and uniformly in your research. In instances where genetic diversity is desired, we recommend our multi spore (MS) products.
