Psilocybe Pelliculosa (Washington) Spore Print

Psilocybe pelliculosa is found in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States and Canada, where it grows in groups or clusters on the ground along trails or forest roads in coniferous woodlands. A single collection has also been reported in Finland and Norway. This species contains the psychedelic compounds psilocybin and baeocystin, making it a fascinating choice for spore collectors and enthusiasts.  I personally collected these spores out in Washington state. Such a cool mushroom to find!
