Originating from the sacred grounds surrounding the Angkor Wat temple complex in Cambodia, this historic landrace carries the vigor and resilience of Southeast Asian tropical genetics.

Fruits rise with elegant vertical posture, forming medium to tall stipes that support broad, golden canopies. Caps mature from convex to fully expanded discs with a defined central umbo, shifting from warm honey tones to deeper bronze at the center. Margins often pale at expansion, creating a radiant halo effect reminiscent of temple stone warmed by the sun.

Pinsets are typically dense and uniform, producing impressive clustered flushes with balanced cap-to-stipe proportions and consistent structural integrity. Gill formation is clean and even, with reliable sporulation at maturity.
