ITS sequencing of this genetic has confirmed it as a match for the closely related species Psilocybe tampanensis. **Psilocybe mexicana is one of the "stone producers" or species known to make sclerotia or truffles. This beautiful mushroom occurs throughout central america and is often found in grasslands. "Mex A" is from the classic Workman mexicana lineage. These spores are from an indoor cultivation by Yoshi.
