Shakti Spores: Syringes, Prints & Isolates

Shakti is a newer pale Psilocybe cubensis isolate, credited to a hobby breeder and circulated through vendors over the last few years. Beyond that credit, the pedigree has not been published in any detail, and listings that give a full parentage are repeating the vendor's own account. The name is the Sanskrit word for power.

The fruit is pale and the print is lighter than a standard cubensis, so expect a faint syringe. Spores are subellipsoid, in the usual range of about 11 to 17 by 7 to 10 micrometres. Shakti is sold as isolate syringes and swabs rather than multispore, so the label should name the isolate and give the generation.
