PES Hawaiian is a Psilocybe cubensis strain named for Pacific Exotica Spora, the vendor that first sold it, rather than for its origin. Psilocybe cubensis is not generally reported growing wild in Hawaii, so the Hawaiian part of the name is a trade name and not a collection site. The actual source of the line is unclear.
It is a standard cubensis for microscopy, with a purple-brown print and subellipsoid spores around 11 to 17 by 7 to 10 micrometres. Growers describing the fruit mention large, broad caps. PES Hawaiian is sold mostly as multispore syringes and prints; check the label for the generation and for ISO or multispore.
Every PES Hawaiian listing above comes from an independent vendor who prepared it, and the vendor's country, shipping regions and real customer reviews are on their store page. Labels tell you what you are getting: a multispore syringe carries many genetic individuals, an isolate (ISO) is a single worked line, and prints and swabs are the dry, long-life formats. Isolated vs multispore syringes explains the difference, how to store spore syringes covers shelf life, and how to use a spore syringe for microscopy walks through the slide. Buying in the UK? Read are mushroom spores legal in the UK. In the United States, see the state by state guide.
